Later that night, he performed a DJ set at AHM, a Beirut nightclub. A legal complaint filed on 4 January by a group including clergy sought to cancel the concert, citing moral concerns. The petition was rejected by a judge on 9 January. The event proceeded after the venue announced that no religious symbols would be displayed and that no clerical attire would be worn. The performance lasted about two and a half hours and drew roughly 2,000 attendees. The priest played 1990s techno music with deep bass that was repetitive and boring, interspersed with very brief interludes of bells, hints of Gloria and Alleluia, and fragments of symphonic music. Images flashed across the screens: a large white dove, Pope John Paul II, and - of course - a rainbow.

Why do people insist on posting every scandal in our Church? Scandalous posts get thousands of views, while the good Catholic posts barely get 40 or 50 on some. Shouldn't we be concentrating on Our Lord and His "Goodness" And our Salvation? Didn't Our Lord say more than once, not to do this? That His Priests are His business and He and He alone will judge them. And our business is to pray for them. I don't want to hear, well, I want to know what is going on. You don't need to know anything that is going on but what will start soon. And on Our Lord. Scandals are the last thing we should be looking at. Our Lord is not impressed at all for seeking them out. Nor condemning them and mocking them.

That Rome has fallen into the deluge of scandals against the Faith and is worth only a God given purge - it is an objective fact. Responses to this fact are different - assuming "sede vacante" in many various versions is one kind of the reaction. It might be an error regarding the fact (whether the see is vacant or not - the Church will judge it in the future if God permits it) but most sedevacantists are not heretical.
I don’t understand how a Catholic can hold ZERO doubt about the authenticity of the hierarchy. I don’t remember the last time I heard something Catholic from Rome. I’m not convinced by sedevacantism per se I.e. I don’t think it can be held onto as something dogmatic. But I certainly think Catholics can hold it as an opinion without being heretics. Any Sede would tell you the church needs the papacy and that they love and hold the office in the highest esteem. I don’t buy all of the neo con arguments that an extended vacancy would necessarily mean the failure of the Church against the gates of hell.
