Following government directives, public Easter services in Dubai have been cancelled since Good Friday. The regime's excuse is that tensions in the Middle East are escalating. Dubai has two Catholic parishes - Saint Mary's and Saint Francis of Assisi in Jebel Ali. Both have confirmed the closures on their websites and will remain closed "until further notice". Saint Mary’s Church is one of the largest Catholic parishes in the world, with around 30,000 members, many of whom are Filipino workers. On Good Friday, many Catholics who had not been informed of the closure were seen praying outside on the pavement instead. Easter liturgies were only being streamed online. Bishop Paolo Martinelli, Apostolic Vicar of Southern Arabia, acknowledged worshippers' disappointment at missing Holy Week celebrations. #newsAfvbsxvwah

The saints did but one thing–the will of God. But they did it with all their might.” In her spiritual writings and her quiet service as a Sister of Charity of St. Elizabeth, Blessed Miriam Teresa called fellow Catholics and religious to pursue sanctification through God’s Will and even to endeavor to become perfect as God is. On March 26, 1901, Teresa Demjanovich was born in Bayonne, New Jersey, to a Slovakian family. The Demjanovichs belonged to the Byzantine-‐Ruthenian Rite of the Catholic Church. Within the …

The Passion of the Christ movie. WCBOhio on Nov 14, 2015 This is an old episode of What Catholics Believe from 2004. It was recorded shortly after the release of Mel Gibson's film, "The Passion of the Christ". Due to poor picture quality the program was never shown. Hoping there may still be some interest in the discussion however, it was decided to salvage the footage by converting it to black and white and make the best of what was there. The audio is still quite good. The host was James Urling, a Cincinnati area attorney. At the time, What Catholics Believe was broadcast on Time-Warner cable, hence the running time to fit inside a half-hour slot (this is true of all the older series of shows). Also like all the older shows, this one too is small in format. This is due to the deprecated analog NTSC broadcast standards that were used at the time.
Brian Williams on Twitter: Meanwhile in Charlotte, Bishop Martin delegated the washing of feet on Holy Thursday to lay men and women. +Martin did participate to some degree, but at this Jesuit parish where he chose to celebrate Holy Thursday, the laity assumed the role of the clergy for much of the (optional) mandatum.

Many dioceses across Europe, North America, and Asia have seen significant increases in Catholic baptisms and conversions this Easter. The strange thing is that anti-Catholic media including New York Times, Washington Post or CNN advertised this trend. The most significant increase was reported in France, where 21,386 catechumens were baptized during the Easter Vigil. The total included more than 13,000 adults and over 8,000 adolescents, marking the highest figure ever recorded in the country. Outside Europe, large numbers were also reported in parts of Asia. In Hong Kong, approximately 2,500 catechumens were baptized, while Singapore reported 1,089 catechumens entering the Church. In North America, several major dioceses published substantial baptism figures. The Archdiocese of Toronto reported 1,584 catechumens, while Vancouver recorded around 650 catechumens. In the United States, diocesan figures included approximately 900 catechumens in Richmond (Virginia), more than 680 in …མང་བ།
04/04/2026 Entire blog as a free PDF eBook. “An Inconvenient Study” – A film that leaves no stone unturned…Kla.TV has dubbed this weighty documentary with enormous explosive power in German. Back in 2016, the Henry Ford Health System in Michigan conducted what is probably the most comprehensive vaccinated-to-unvaccinated comparative study on over 18,000 children, nearly 2,000 of whom were completely unvaccinated. And then? Nothing happened for eight years. Complete break in contact with the study’s sponsor. This film shows how, after all these years, the study was finally published and what its revolutionary findings are. Source. The rapid pace of global events draws our attention to the current developments in the Gulf War, while causing us to forget the unpunished crimes of past wars. The tragedy of a world war waged with biological weapons—known as COVID-19—serves, despite millions of victims, merely as a backdrop for further acts of genocide. How does the bombing of Tehran or …

84-year-old Catholic woman rejects euthanasia offer at Vancouver hospital
When Miriam Lancaster went to the hospital for severe back pain, she was stunned to be offered euthanasia instead of real care. In this conversation, she shares how that moment exposed a terrifying shift in our culture: suffering patients are being treated as problems to “solve,” not persons to love. She says, her husband had also been offered assisted su*cide a few years earlier as well. From a Catholic perspective, Miriam’s story is a stark reminder that every life—especially when it’s fragile, disabled, or in pain—is precious, unrepeatable, and entrusted to us by God, not the state or the medical system. Her witness challenges us to build a society that offers compassion, accompaniment, and authentic palliative care, never a lethal injection disguised as “dignity.”
History unjustly sullied her name without evidence, but Mary Magdalene emerges from the Gospel a faithful, courageous and noble woman, an apostle to the Apostles.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr.: "They had to destroy ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine… because if they had acknowledged that it was effective in anybody, the whole $200 billion vaccine enterprise would have collapsed."
Daniel Davis on YouTube has a recent interview with Robert Barnes, a constitutional lawyer who has done commendable work, including defending the Amish during the lockdowns. In it he has a short expose on the handcuffing of JFK junior going on the current administration. Very unsettling. Carry on Christian soldiers. Mother Mary strengthen us.

Catholic Italian author Vittorio Messori, 84, died on Good Friday in Desenzano, Italy. One of his most influential works was The Ratzinger Report, which was based on an interview with Joseph Ratzinger conducted in 1984. The book evaluated the Church's condition following the Second Vatican Council. Messori also collaborated with Pope John Paul II on the book Crossing the Threshold of Hope. In it, the Pope wrote that Jesus Christ is the unique Saviour of humanity and that Christianity contains the fullness of revealed truth. Throughout his career, Messori was renowned for his loyalty to the Church, coupled with his intellectual independence. #newsKlrgxiolhj
