Author of the homosexual testimony from Portugal identified: Pagina-catolica.blogspot.com argues that João Costa was likely the anonymous Portuguese contributor to the Synod study group 9 report. The article identifies Costa as a sign language interpreter with links to the Sanctuary of Fátima and a Jesuit spirituality group. During World Youth Day 2023, homosexual activist James Martin SJ recounted meeting a homosexual couple named João and Lourenço in Fátima.

Two states this week moved to require that vaccine records be included in the autopsy reports of children who die from unexplained causes. Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt on Wednesday signed a bill requiring medical examiners to document recent immunizations on the death certificates of children who died from unknown causes. On Thursday, a Louisiana bill, “A Voice for the Voiceless,” passed the House with a 76-12 vote. The Senate unanimously passed the bill in March. It’s now headed to the desk of Gov. Jeff Landry, who is expected to sign it. Current law requires coroners who designate a death as Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), Sudden Unexpected Infant Death, Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome or Sudden Death in the Young — all of which refer to a sudden death with no discernible cause — to report the death and designation to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The Oklahoma and Louisiana bills amend the existing public health law by directing coroners to document …
Worse Than Germany: The Spanish Episcopal Conference will award the music prize '2025 ¡Bravo!' to Rosalía for her 'Lux Tour'. The tour heavily incorporates Catholic imagery and symbols, including confessionals, crosses, Marian references, processions, and a stage version of the huge incense burner from Santiago de Compostela. These elements are combined with nightclub aesthetics, sexual provocation, and reinterpretations of religious themes.

"Everybody's do'in it" is not an excuse before judges in this world, nor will it be an excuse in the next. The man in the back of the Church, beating his breast 'mea culpa', went home justified.
Worse than the German Church: Barbara Butch, the French activist who parodied Christ in a Last Supper-style during the opening ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympics, is now directing artistic installations in Parisian churches. Butch described herself as a "fat, Jewish, queer lesbian" and labelled the 2024 mockery, which featured transvestites, as the "new gay testament". According to TribuneChrétienne.com, Butch will direct installations inside several historic Parisian churches during Paris' Nuit Blanche festival, scheduled for 6–7 June. The initiative aims to transform the churches into spaces for sensory and participatory experiences. One project will take place inside Saint-Laurent Church in Paris. Titled Sous la peau du ciel (“Beneath the Skin of the Sky”), this installation invites visitors to leave recorded “wishes” via telephone. These messages will then be mixed with atmospheric sounds and digitally processed to create what the organisers describe as 'living and evolving sound …ఇంకా

Worse than Germany: The Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of San Rafael, Argentina, Bishop Marcelo Mazzitelli, did not authorize the celebration of the Mass in the Roman rite during the pilgrimage Nuestra Señora de la Cristiandad, except on the final day, reports ElWanderer.com on May 14. The pilgrimage to Luján scheduled for August 15-17 follows the model of the Chartres pilgrimage. Last year, there were about 3,000 participants. Such restrictions are uncommon even in Germany or Italy. The celebrant for the German pilgrimage in the Roman rite, held at Corpus Christi on June 4–7 in Altötting, Bavaria, is Bishop Marian Eleganti. #newsAnclnpgxnu

Germany’s Synodal Conference "Postponed": Presiding German Bishop Heiner Wilmer said he does not expect the first meeting of Germany’s planned Synodal Conference to take place in November as originally scheduled. Speaking at the Katholikentag in Würzburg, he pointed to ongoing Vatican review processes, saying the proposal is moving “from one dicastery to the next.” Bishop Wilmer nevertheless said he is “confident that it will continue,” while adding that “some patience” is needed. The Synod Conference is a permanent national body that makes decisions for the entire country, thereby exercising authority over individual bishops.

The war in Gaza has opened another new front, one that is almost invisible, silent, and deeply disturbing: the health crisis. In makeshift camps where hundreds of thousands of displaced people live among rubble, waste, and open sewers, the population must now contend with a massive infestation of rats and parasites that is turning the humanitarian crisis into a potential epidemiological disaster... ...Doctors in the Strip openly speak of the risk of epidemics of leptospirosis, hantavirus, salmonellosis, rat-bite fever, and even plague. Diseases that can cause respiratory failure, kidney damage, severe gastrointestinal infections, and death. Added to this are hepatitis A and diarrheal diseases transmitted by flies infesting the camps. A Caritas Jerusalem doctor, who remained anonymous for security reasons, told Sir that about ten people every night arrive at emergency rooms with rodent bites. Basic treatments—cleaning wounds, antibiotics, and tetanus prophylaxis—are still possible, but …ఇంకా
"Excommunication of FSSPX Will Go Down in History as Huge Error of Leo XIV": Talking to EWTN on May 14, Bishop Athanasius Schneider notes that the Vatican shows leniency toward anti-Catholic movements, the German Synodal Way, and even state-controlled forces like Communist China, while cracking down harshly on the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X: “Now it seems that the Vatican and the Pope are showing their power: ‘We have the power. We will excommunicate them.’ This is not synodal. This is not pastoral. If the Pope excommunicates them, it will go down in history as a huge error of rigidity, pastoral rigidity, and one-sided severity toward tradition in the Church.”
Bishop Schneider told EWTN that if Pope Leo excommunicates the SSPX “this will go down in history as a huge error in pastoral rigidity and one-sided pastoral severity towards tradition in the Church”

Archbishop José Rafael Quirós Quirós, 71, of San José, Costa Rica, has ordered that kneelers are not to be placed in churches for the distribution of Holy Communion, reports InfoVaticana.com. This measure is ordered in a circular dated 13 May. It is signed by the Episcopal Delegate for Liturgy, Rev. Francisco Morales González. "From now on, kneelers are not to be installed in churches for the distribution of Communion," the document states. The circular responds to questions raised in recent weeks regarding the installation of kneelers for the faithful who wish to receive Communion while kneeling. It "argues" that the presence of kneelers could lead some of the faithful to believe that receiving Communion while kneeling is "the only form established by the Church". The decree also claims that kneelers could hinder access for elderly people or those with mobility difficulties who are accustomed to receiving Communion while standing. #newsTqsbzfubql
Hmmm. The faithful might believe that receiving Communion while kneeling is "the only form established by the Church". What about those that think receiving on the hand is "the only form established by the Church"? Here's a simple solution: let those who wish to stand, let them stand. Let those that wish to kneel, let them kneel.
Un repentant sinners hate our lord so much what wrong with pouring expensive perfume over our Lord as sign of Love. Today perfume is kneeling before our maker pouring out our hearts,

Milan Archdiocese has announced plans for a new interreligious “Ambrosian Monastery.” The futuristic religious complex will be built in the MIND district on the former Expo grounds. Designed by architect Stefano Boeri, the project includes a triangular church and a triangular cloister. The large covered structure has been compared to a shopping mall or even a ski-jump platform. According to the Archdiocese, a permanent resident community is expected to live at the site, although no religious institute or monastic order has yet been identified. The complex will cover around 2,700 square meters, with more than 1,100 square meters dedicated to public and open-access areas. Representing Different Monotheistic Faith Unlike a monastery centered on God, prayer, and liturgy, the new structure is conceived as an interreligious and cultural hub. Diocesan presentations describe it as “a space for spirituality, dialogue, and reflection” intended to bring together religions, cultures, science, and …ఇంకా
