Does the SSPX have enough priests to make new bishops?

They always say they're starving for new priests. What happens if they exhaust their clergy by consecrating up to a dozen new bishops?

Bishops make more priests. It's that simple :)

Do they produce them from bread batter or does it take men to fill their ranks? If it is the latter, then we might ask whether the SSPX does enough to recruit these men by espousing a position of strong opposition to evil, namely that which is found masquerading as the hierarchy in Rome (Prevost, Mucho, et al). If SSPX bishops do not oppose apostate Rome, then they do not do enough to entice anyone to join their Society since it is a society of tepidity.

Rejecting the Church that Christ founded and that the Holy Ghost has kept going for centuries is the stuff of freemasonry. The Church is Christ - eternal and indefectible and founded rock solid on the papacy. If Rome is not the Church now, then it was never the Church. Human frailty has been there from the start. Peter denied Our Lord three times. But like Christ, the Church is also divine as well as human, and thus will continue on despite all the infiltration and human error. The SSPX understands this clearly hence their 'recognise and resist' stance. This does not make them weak. This makes them trustful of Our Lord's promise: the gates of hell will NOT prevail.

I believe the SSPX is praying for more priests because the current, 700 or so, are stretched very thin to serve all the people seeking the Apostolic Faith. A dozen new bishops would increase that burden, but only slightly.
