Homily Saturday, August 22, 2026 Ezekiel 43:1-7 “The Spirit lifted me up and brought me into the inner court, and behold, the glory of the Lord filled the temple.” The consecrated church is the place where God dwells on earth. His Heart radiates Love from His house. Matthew 23:1-12 “They preach but they do not practice.” Indeed, it is impossible for us to create Love and transmit it to people. Homily Monday, June 22, 2026 2 Kings 17:5-8, 13-15a, 18 In the time these writings were written, people believed that God is good, but also that he can do harm. However, God does not harm anyone, nor does he encourage evil. Matthew 7:1-5 "Remove the wooden beam from your eye first." An interesting method for removing the plank from our eye is to identify the negative things we think and say, as well as what others say to us, and transform them into positive for the future. 279. God Loves us A prophet like Jeremiah has moments of genius and he lets himself be moved by God’s truth. He writes what he receives from God in his heart: “I Love you with an eternal Love.” Jeremiah, chapter 31, verse 3 God Loves his people, he Loves Jeremiah, he still Loves us today. 230. Living right Solomon is the son of David and he becomes king of Israel. He is at a stage in his life where he understands the need to become one of God’s friends. He wants to follow a straight path and become more anchored in the truth. He wishes to do well as a child who knows he’s loved. Solomon has a special relationship with God. King Solomon gives us a very good idea of a person who lives a conversion. He leaped faithfully. He asks God: “Give your servant, therefore, an understanding heart to judge your people and to distinguish right from wrong. Let's think about it this way. It's not the policeman that passed through the red light, but the driver.

143. Recevons l’Amour de Jésus Nous pouvons commencer par partager notre foi, par de petits gestes ou paroles. Nous pouvons être à l’écoute des personnes qui partagent leur foi et démontrent de belles attitudes à la transmettre. Les groupes de partages et de foi réunis autour de la Bible sont une manière concrète d’apprendre les uns avec les autres, dans le but de retransmettre la foi. Soyons attentifs pour apprendre et en mouvement pour reconnaitre Jésus dans les personnes. Il y a tout de même des dangers insidieux qui nous guettent et nous conduisent à l’erreur. Les mouvements intérieurs négatifs nous poussent à nous éloigner de Dieu et du prochain. Le deuxième danger qui nous guette, c’est que les autres personnes nous poussent à nous éloigner de la foi par des moyens subtils ou parfois de manière très directe.
