On September 22, Laura Ingraham interviewed Kristin Logan, who was diagnosed with Stage 4 ovarian cancer in 2023. While waiting in British Columbia for contact with an oncology team, Logan was sent information about MAID — Canada’s Medical Assistance in Dying program. She says assisted death was presented as an option before she had even met the specialists who would treat her cancer. As her condition worsened amid delays, Logan and her husband went to the United States for treatment. She was told three years ago she would not live another two years.
